Mail Delivery Rant Ed. 1
<[rant]>
Clearly Canada Post's monopoly over inexpensive delivery service has gotten the better of it. Not only are their employees genuinely unhelpful, they have absolutely NO ACCOUNTABILITY within their system.
They don't know who was where when. They can't find a package without a tracking number, which would be fine, unless the person (like me) calling doesn't HAVE a tracking number, because the unnamed postperson didn't bother to leave a delivery slip....HENCE THE PHONE CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKING FOR SAID PACKAGE!
Not to mention the fact that said tracking number is from USPS, NOT Canada Post, which I was originally told was useless for package tracking.
Humph.

this isn't the yarn package is it??
This isn't the (luscious, wonderful, orgasmic) red wool from ebay, it's some other (cheap and disposable) yarn from yarnsale.ca. But still.
